Return Policy

At CA Glasses, we guarantee the quality of our eyeglasses and sunglasses. If you are not happy with your product, simply contact us for an exchange or a refund.

We offer a 30-Day Fit guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked.

*No Refund will be given if the customer entered the prescription incorrectly. We strongly recommend customers who entered a prescription online to text a copy to 615-669-3998 after the order is submitted. We will be happy to verify all the information before production.

Replacement Procedure

Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our Customer Service at service@caglasses.com or via LiveChat
Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
Once we receive your returned item, you will either receive be sent a replacement or receive a refund.
